Sound Drop Canopy

A hand-dyed cotton and wood structure strewn with flowers, Sound Drop Canopy was built for the Flow Festival at Fairmount Waterworks in Philadelphia, PA. Inside played a featured audio piece by Will Owen. Participants were meant to have a contemplative moment by the river, then toss a flower in. It became a gathering space for communion and celebration at the day-long family festival. September 2014.
